Although they did not arrive as first estimated I was kept up to speed on their status without ever initiating a call...I was updated electronically every few days, which was most appreciated. In the end I returned one of the fixtures (it did not fit the look we were going for). The return process was easy and painless and my refund showed up almost immediately. I called directly and was told they had the faucet and would ship that same day. I received the faucet in two days. It was packaged very securely and looked great. They welcome you with a big Canadian Flag on their website, but then don't say anywhere that you will be paying in US funds. I ended up paying $500 more for the products that would have been cheaper to buy in Canada. The website should be clear on the currency you're paying in."
"I bought a Broan Range Hood. The 1st one was damaged during shipment. Venting Direct immediately had another one sent and UPS came and picked up the damaged one. I was very impressed with both resentatives at Venting Direct. Each time I spoke with them, they ga me their direct phone no in case there were any problems. This appears to be a comany policy, which is very impressive.
I will be telling my friends and associates to order from Venting Direct.

"I purchased a faucet adapter. I paid 19 dollars for it and it did not fit. They did not give any sizes in their specs and product info so I had to go based on the product as best as I could tell. They did return in, but I had to pay to ship it and I had to have it tracked - must be UPS or FedEx they said. So, that cost me 17 dollars. They credited me back for only 13 dollars. Wow. Thanks a lot. "

"I purchased a Moen shower system, facets, and other bathroom hardware for a major renovation project online from FacetDirect.com. My sales person, Eli Pacheco was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable on the all of the products I purchased. In particular the shower system was very complicated and our plumbers needed additional information on how to install the system which Eli provided quickly so the renovation wasn't delayed. He answered all of my calls quickly and when I had a couple of returns due plumbing issues he provided a return shipping label right away so I could get a credit on my card without delay. "

"Ordered a Baldwin kick plate for our front door in August 2014. After a delay, we received it and it was damaged. Not packed securely. The corners were bent. Handlesets ordered another one. Took several weeks but the 2nd one arrived, also damaged. Same problem. Bent corners. Called them again and asked that they send another but to please package it securely. The rep apologized profusely and made the notes. The 3rd one arrived, also damaged and not packaged securely. Meantime, a few months had dragged by. Finally in January 2015 I managed to find a rep at Handlesets who secured a kick plate from a different supplier, had it shipped via 2nd day air and packed it well. Problem solved. Only took 5 months. Obviously management was asleep at the wheel not even aware of an ongoing problem. When I tried to post this review on their website, they sent me back a note saying the review did not meet the standards for their site. Clearly, if you say something bad about them, they won't publish it on their site. Clearly, also, they have lost a customer."

"It was so simple. Found the exact sink I had been looking for and at an excellent price! Could not bear to tell my husband that the farm sink I wanted was at least $2000.00, so this one coming in at under $1000.00 was ideal. It was delivered in just a few days in perfect condition.
