Both items were very well packed as when both boxes arrived, they had a rough life in shipping. But n damage that I could find. Shipping was very fast for both products. Tracking could have been better, but that was a minor issue
The Kraus KTM33-33" Drop In 50/50 Double Bowl 18 Gauge Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink was excellent quality with some added features that made it very nice. 1st feature was the sink was 9 inches deep, a distinct advantage over the 8 inch sink previously installed. 2nd feature is the off side away from food chopper is a deep canister to catch waste food particles. The Delta 467-DST Palo Pullout Spray Kitchen Faucet with Diamond Seal Technology should last a long time with the extremely hard locally

"We are remodeling our kitchen, I purchased a under mount sink from Build.com, web page said it was in stock,it wasn't so there was a delay. When it arrived it was broken in the box, I called to talk to a customer service rep to find out how to return and place a new sink on order. I had the most pleasant experience and got to deal with Debbi DePalma. She E-mailed me my return authorization and got a new sink on order with instructions to package the sink better. The next day I changed my mind on the type of sink I wanted. Contacted Debbi and she cancelled the previous order and reordered the sink I wanted, then verified that when the new sink arrived it was not damaged. Could not ask for better service. Will use Build.com in the future because of Debbi. They should bottle her customer service skills and sell them to all companies. She is a great asset to Build.com."
