"Great deals on the website. Even though, I must say that I am ess impressed with the emails I receive from Buy.com. For example the one I received on 2/17 with the subjet reading:"Notebook Blowout, Dell-Mini Tower..."

In my openion, this wasn't such a great deal especially for Notebooks. The notebook brands that were offered were not top of the line.

However, I aways check the main website and look for today's deals or weekly deals there and most often find more exciting items through there.

Also, the shipping through the 3rd party is not always reliable. I have received non-working tracking numbers through 3rd party providers at Buy.com. I love to deal with Buy.com directly whenever possible and avoid the hassle.

another short coming is the documentation or lack of it. And when tech support tells you your phone's supposed to vibrate, you wonder why they didn't include that in the documentation! Otherwise a superior product and I wouldn't think twice in endorsing anyones purchase!"
