"Awful!!!!! Last year I tried to purchase something using PayPal and they kept tking my money and then reimburse it. They kept saying that the address was unverified. I called PayPal and they said there was nothing wrong with the addres and everything was verified, and that they ALWAYS have problems with buy.com. I tried it 3 times more... same thing! I gave up. I had forgotten about this and today I tried to buy another thing... Same issue. I always buy stuff online and use PayPal and have NEVER had any problem of any kind. By the way, my purchase today was just for $15. Such a big deal for a few bucks?? They asked me to change the method of payment... I won't. I'll change the retailer!
Buy.com... You seem not to understand! The reason why I use PayPal is because I don't want to share my credit card info. I use PayPal for EVERYTHING and I have never had any problem using it EXCEPT you! YOU are the only reseller that has a problem when I use PayPal. When contacted PayPal they said there is nothing wrong with my credit card or address, it's just you that are a pain in the neck! "
"I made a business purchase from buy.com because a co-worker asked me to order a mini refrigerator for our lab. After searching the web she found them to have the lowest price. I was skeptical but since this was not a personal purchase I ordered the refrigerator. It arrived on time but was damaged in shipping. When I emailed buy.com about this, they immediately responded. The customer service rep was cheerful and helpful. Within a few days I had a replacement refrigerator. The damage was not theirs -- it was the shippers but buy.com had no problem with the return.
Since that purchase I have purchased SEVERAL printers for the office as well as other personal items for myself. Merchandise always arrives when promised and I have not had any issues with damaged goods or anything.
I subscribe to their daily emails about their specials and I look forward to it every day -- that is how I have been able to purchase laser printers at an affordable price -- as well as other items.

"Placed an order almost 2 days ago and it still says processing, the item page says it ships in 24 hours and it has not.
Every order I have placed with Buy.com gets screwed up, they can say they care about customer service all they want but actions speak truer than words, they really don't care.
Call support and it is in India and all the people really say is "sorry for the inconvenience" over and over like that is supposed to help.
The first time I called they told me my card was declined and to call my bank, well that was wrong.
The second time I called I was told my order was randomly selected for address verification and would take 24 hours???? What is this the TSA??? Randomly selected??? Why would it possibly take another 24 hours to verify an address when that should be instant? So that is at least another day or 2 till my order gets shipped??? I think they stall on purpose since it has the free shipping option.
If Buy.com wants to make THIS customer happy they will upgrade my shipping to overnight at no charge.

"I purchased this sony DSLR camera from buy.com for the first time, and it's been a disaster. I bought it on wednesday the 16th, and it is still in processing, becasue the phone number I provided online didn't match the phone number I have with my credit card company, but the shipping address is the same, I got an email on Thursday that told me I have to varify the information, as I did and I talked with someone from buy.com online and provided my credit card customer service 1-800 number, and the person told me it will be fixed in 24 hours. As I check the status on Sunday, it is still under processing and confirmation needed status, I was so unhappy about that. So I called them on Monday, the guy I talked with on the phone told me it will be fixed by monday night, so I just checked my shipping status, yep, hasn't changed at all, as I am writing this review, I talked with someone from Buy.com online, and she told me she will personally check my shipment, and make sure it will be shipped out today or tomorrow, which I am really doubting it will happen. I am very very dissatisfied. I need this camera for my Australia trip next month, I purchased everything else I needed for this camera from Amazon since I have a few gift cards, and I already received all of them, and they were ordered after I ordered the camera from Buy.com
I figure if I don't hear any good news by tomorrow, I might just have to cancel it and never purchase anything from them again.
