"These guys are an absolute joke. I sent them a good condition iPhone 6S with an existing buy back offer of around $100. They responded to me with an email saying upon testing the phone, the microphone didn't work. I knew this was a load of hs because I just recently used the phone at a concert and recorded a slew of stuff, perfect playback. They said in order to sell it back they'd have to replace the microphone and it would drop my offer down to $47. I said hell no to that.. They sent me a video of the phone using the Voice Memo App, sure enough.. no audio playback upon recording. I still didn't by it, there had to be another reason why the audio wasn't coming through. I get the phone back and I immediately turned it on and tested it. I recorded video, played back perfectly fine. I opened the voice memo app, I noticed the static. So I located the microphone port and took a small tool and wiped off the dust and dirt that had built up on the inside of it. I recorded another message and sure enough, I came through loud and clear. .....They were going to drop my offer for something they could have cleaned themselves and found to be working just fine..

Don't give these guys your business. I don't take small devices like this apart for a living and yet I was still smart enough to try and clean this part to see if it fixed the issue.. and it did."

"I sent them a flawless, 2 year old iPad Pro that had always been kept in a case. I received an email that they were lowering their offer price after inspection due to two significant issues: scratches on the frame and a white spot burned into the screen. I am a detail-oriented person with a degree in Computer Science and I know that I did not miss such noticeable issues. They sent me photos. I told them either this was damaged in shipping, was not my device, or it had been damaged in their facility. There were several emails back and forth. They claimed there was no damage to the shipping box, but offered to open a shipping claim with the carrier. They claimed they reviewed surveillance footage and that mine was the only device of that type that was inspected that day. I still do not know what happened, but either they damaged my device, mixed it up with another, or just lied to lower the offer. I learned the hard way that I should have taken video of my flawless device as I was placing it into the shipping box and sealing it so that I would have had photographic proof. Since they had photos of what they claimed to be my device and I did not, I accepted their lower offer rather than have them return a now-damaged device to me."
