"We always shop on line and always successfully. This was a terrible experience. We decided to purchase a new microwave and dishwasher because the prices were low -- and all the reviews were good. Two days later I got a call from a guy who strong-armed into spending 200 extra dollars for shipping, telling me that if I didn't it was likely that my goods would be received damaged and potentially 8 weeks from shipping. He told me I would get "white glove service." (He also tried to bully me into the warranty.) The white glove service was a truck showing up at my door and dropping off the boxes. I never got a receipt and there was no material from BuyRite with delivery. When I finally asked for an invoice, I received a shady receipt without clear pricing (it didn't list individual prices or my additional shipping costs) and BuyRite didn't even put their name or contact information on it. I feel like I didn't save anything since now I'm not confident that I'll get my rebate money . . . and the added money for shipping almost washed out my savings. "

"This was the worst online experience we've had. We ordered an LG refrigerator and given the excellent reviews thought we'd be fine. Michael Williams (beware this man) called my wife and scared her into buying the express delivery by stating the refrigerator could be damaged by the regular service, dropped off at the wrong driveway, and/or be stolen, without a specified time of delivery. I immediately called back and got their voicemail, leaving a message that we wanted to cancel the order due to his bait and switch tactics. This AM when I called, I got the runaround for 3 hours until Michael Williams told me we'd have to pay a restocking fee, since he hadn't checked messages and the order shipped. I find this unconscionable and unprofessional. You can bet we'll be disputing any restocking fee, and that we'll never use BuyRite again. Good luck speaking to a supervisor, since per Michael Williams he runs the company."

"I ordered an GE refridgerator (GFSF6KKYBB) from James and since I am very sick requested if it could be delivered and installed in a day or so. That same afternoon I got a phone cal that it would be delivered the next day. True to their word it was delivered and installed the next day. My wife and I are super happy with there service.
Unfortunately the delivery people were sloppy with all the styrofoam and plastic, but that is how it goes.
