"My wife and I got a beautiful stainless steel refrigerator that we love and adore!!! I mean this thing is beautiful. I do not think I have ever owned an appliance this beautiful, especially a refrigerator. You guys just did an amazing job working with us and working with our budget to find us something that my wife would love for the next ten years or more. You guys are so friendly and the delivery guys were amazing. They showed up exactly when they said they would show up and we have sort of a tight alley outside our house. I actually felt horrible for them because I can barely get the groceries in through that little space and then there are ten dreadful steps and a railing that is just so narrow. I thought, God I wouldn't want to be these guys. They were just so patient about it all. I could see the looks on their faces when they first pulled up and got out of the truck to survey the area. They sort of scratched their heads, but in thirty minutes or so, they had that truck maneuvered in there and they did some pure magic getting that thing taken apart, brought in and then reassembled.
When we got the thing in the house, it was quite a bit bigger than our original refrigerator. I hadn't planned on this, and some of the wood framing had to be chiseled out to get it in there. Once again, these guys went to their truck, pulled out some tools, came back in and did all the necessary work to get that thing in there. I was so astonished at how it all worked out that I gave them each 25.00 and treated them to lunch for their work.
There is not a day that goes by, that I do not walk into my kitchen and see that beautiful thing sitting there, and think about you guys. I really appreciate it. I sent you guys a letter last month, but today I came back to order a washer and dryer combo and thought I would leave a quick word because it just meant so much to the wife and I. I think I have worn out the neighbors poor ears bragging about the fridge and telling them how great you guys are. Anyhow, I hope those delivery guys all get raises for their patience and hard work, because if half of their deliveries are anything like this one was, I know that they earn every penny!
