I ordered the Euro Pro Shark S3601 Steam Pocket Mop from Buy Happier thur E Bay. The deal on E Bay was buy this and I will get the exter large pads kit free. I got this two days a head of the shipping date. But with no free pad kit so I called Buy Happier and talked to the customer service. They checked E Bay and made it right and I got two more pads how good is this in a day when most places just say sorry that go the exter mile.
