"By far the best online company I have ever dealt with. I got a samsung hz50w digital camera off them for $230 after a $10 off coupon I found online. They sent me a confirmation email that said I should receive a followup email with the tracking number, which I didn't receive. I called them the next day, got right through to someoen, and they apologized, credited me an extra $10, and made sure that I would get the camera within 3 days.

On top of that, the camera come with a 3 year warranty, which from what I have heard, its really easy to take advantage of, should I need it. So basically I got a $240 camera for $220. the same one on ebay is $230, with no warranty.

"Kevin and Annette were very helpful. The delay missed mother's day. The mint arrived yesterday (17th) and the neavo xv delivered today (18th). I wasn't happy with the situation but I called Annette today and she understood the lateness and a credit was given to my account. This doesn't correct the lateness but she made an effort. The network did catch the pkg going to same address as yesterday but corrected it this morning to reroute it to the right address today. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful and the shipping was out of kevin and annette's control. I will know about the products w/in the next few weeks. "
