"I was a little uneasy about purchasing a refurbished unit, until I spoke with Angela. I was relieved to find out my Dyson would be under warranty for 3 years. I spent a fraction of the money I was planning to spend. My unit arrived undamaged and works great! I am very pleased! I know this vacuum will last me longer than any other model I have purchase in the past. I consistently spent about $100.00 per year on inferior vacuums that quit working after 1 short year. Thank you! I will definitely browse around for other products I may need in the future."

"I was very disappointed that I was unable to use the new Ninja machine I bought because while the power button did come on it flashed and the machine didn't work. I called in to find out how to return my machine as well as the machine I bought for someone as a gift. When I explained my issue to Marvin I was astounded to find that Marvin not only owned the machine himself he had encountered the same issue and immediately provided a simple answer. His attitude was great,he was personable, took the time to listen and shared with me for a couple of minutes which is so unusual and so welcomed. I can say that I will make future purchases from Buy Happier on the basis of my experience with Marvin. Great Customer Service is as important as great products and yet most companies don't provide truly great customer service. As an author of four books and an internationally recognized facilitator and trainer in the areas of sales, negotiation and customer service I rarely find that a company truly honors their customers or allows their CSR's to provide outstanding personable service. WELL DONE if I were Buy Happier I'd hire a hundred Marvin's he is a great ambassador for your company."

"After reviewing a lot of camera sites, I ordered a recertified Samsung HZ30W. I was confident in choosing it because there is a 60 day money back guarantee and a 3yr warranty if something goes wrong.

I loved the camera but unfortunately, I received a bad stock. It wouldn't power on/off properly.

Angela offered to send a replacement as soon as I send back the one I had. Unfortunately, I'm in the Philippines and shipping would cost more for me since I can't use the UPS label she sent. I requested for a refund instead. The refund took 2 days. The first day for them to verify that they have received the camera with its complete accessories and credit my account then the second day for my bank to process the refund to my account.

Angela was VERY helpful throughout all this. I've had really bad experiences when dealing with other With Angela and BuyHappier, it was a painless experience.

I definitely recommend purchasing from them and I probably will again.

"Kevin was absolutely awesome! He answered my question in a timely manner. Upon discovering that there was a mix up in the shipping, he was quick to offer a solution (being that he would personally get it shipped today) and was nice enough to give me a "perk" of 10% off my next order. While I am understanding of the situation, it was nice that he quickly resolved it. It's a poor shipping process, but this being my first order from BuyHappier, I do not know if it is the norm or not. So I could just be the 1 unlucky customer that had the mixup."
