"I ordered the Ninja 1100 as a Christmas gift on 11/29/2011 and received it within 5 days, so I was really happy with delivery time. The model I received was the Ninja 1200 though. I spoke with Angela at BuyHappier.com and she was able to get it exchanged for the model number I originally wanted. (We have low cabinets and to be able to store it on our counter and pushed back so it's underneath the cabinets the unit needs to come out of the base, which the 1100 does but the 1200 doesn't). Angela was extremely helpful and the replacement model was shipped and delivered quickly. I would definitely shop at BuyHappier.com again. Their service and support are outstanding."
