"I ordered a Tyson DC24 vacuum cleaner on 2/9/12 via e-bay. The order was shipped the same day and arrived on 2/13/12. Very well packed and assembled the vacuum cleaner and tried it out. It works fine. Checking the inventory, I noticed that a 3 year free warranty was included but was not part of the package. Also one attachment (stair) was not included. I called Buy happier rep and reported the above. She mentioned the three year warranty is included as part of their web site. I have printed it out for future reference. Also, within a matter of hours, the missing stair attachment has been put into shipping channels which I should receive in a short time. Great service and great follow-up. Very much appreciated."

My only complant is the box it was shiped in. The glue held so tight that i had the rip the sides of the box apart to open it. The only part that wasnt ripped was the glued sections.
