"I was in the market for a good TV for my living room, came across Buysquad and boy am I happy I did. Ordered a 70 inch Sharp TV $600 cheaper than my local stores and no tax. They got me a great package deal with the wall mount and blue ray. When I got my package I was very impressed fast shipping and great products!! I WILL BE BACK!"

"I was in the market for a TV before the Holidays. Buysquad had the lowest price on the 70" TV I was looking at. I placed the order on the 1st of the month online. I got a call on the 3rd of the month from the trucking company to schedule a delivery. They gave me a 3 hour window. THe truck pulled up on time and brought the tv into my house. I asked the driver to inspect the TV as I heard that there are sometimes damage in transit. The TV came in brand new condition and everything was perfect. My family is enjoying this TV every night and even our relatives come over for the games. Thanks buysquad for a smooth transaction and I will refer you to friends."

"I bought a Samsung 60 inch on 12/2/2012. Still dealing with the mess. This has a really bad transaction.

The company has finally started to respond but only after posting a really nasty but completely true review on here.

I am removing the original review for right now. They are trying to make things right. I have heard their side of the story. I still have to have a conversation with them but since I am the one who doesn't have the time to address it right now, I have pulled the review.

Once this is all done, I will post a final one.

"I purchased a Panasonic Plasma from them in late December. They were kind enough to reduce the cost to me as the price fell on the internet. However, I wound up canceling the order because of shipping delays. Andy from BuySquad called and explained the problems and how they had been fixed going forward. They immediately reversed the charge on my credit card. "

"Placed an order for a TV, for $ 949.00 W/Free shipping, on Dec 30th. I did have a bit of a problem with an out of stock situation that occurred. They did get new stock back in a reasonable time frame, a few days, and by Jan 9th the TV was delivered. I learned in the process that prices on their site can change from day to day depending on stock conditions and what they have to pay for items they sell. In my case the price went up about $ 30.00 but they were nice enough to hold the 949.00 price."

"Recently I made a TV purchase from buysquad. There were issues with damaged product and delayed shipping. However when I brought this to the attention of the customer service manager, immediate action was taken and the problem resolved. "HONEST REVIEW...
I searched on-line for a great deal on a new LCD TV with free shipping and found BuySquad.com. I placed my order and then found out that the TV was backordered -I guess they were going fast. I cancelled my order because I couldn't wait and initially had a bad impression...just like anyone else would in my situation.

The next day, a "service ambassador" named Mark inquired about the issue, offered alternatives, and worked with me (actually, went out of his way) to assist in getting what I orginally ordered. In addition, another member of the BuySquad team named Andy (again, went out of his way) to assist with my follow up questions and ensured my TV was shipped in a timely manner.

Bottom line is that this is a smaller company trying to compete against much larger on-line vendors. Issues may occure, but if they do, BuySqude will step up to the plate and ensure TOTAL customer satisfaction. Believe me...I gave them a hard time because of my initial experience, but they (Mark/ Andy) always stayed profesional, communicated with me, turned around my initial customer experience, and earned my "Very Satisfied" review.

I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BUYSQUAD.COM

"Do not use this company. On November 29, 2012 I purchased a new Samsung 55 inch tv. My account was charged immediatly. On December 11 th a delivery of a refurbished tv, not in Samsung box, without any cords, remote control or stand was attempted to be delivered. I refused delivery and immediately called Buy Squad. After being on hold for 20 minutes I was put through to a manager Mark Davis. He told me I would receive a refund when the TV was received back to them. He also told me he would send me an email confirming our conversation. Several phone calls and promises of emails and a refund - I have not received anything. Each time we speak he tells me the refund will be processed. PLEASE beware of this company. They are thieves. I do not want anyone else taken advantage of. I am now out $1032.42. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the FTC.

After many phone calls and writing reviews-I am happy to say Buys Squad refunded my money in full. They said they were busy during the holiday season and apoligized for the delay. They did not have an answer as to why we were told on 3 different occasions that our money would be refunded and wasnt. Steve called back to apologize.

"Amazing case of bait and switch! First they gamed Google by showing a recertified TV as new so that their TV appears on top of the results as the cheapest one! No where on their website it states that its not a new tv! Then when you call them to confirm the order, they tell you that its recertified!!! Further they ask you to pay a shipping insurance when the TV is supposed to be with free shipping!!! At least there is some honesty in the crookedness :-)"

After reading this review, several people from BuySquad contacted me. They have been very helpful in attempting to rectify the situation and get me my TV quickly. I appreciate their attention to customer satisfaction and as a result, feel comfortable in working with them to attempt to get my TV.

*** ORIGINAL REVIEW ***

Horrible customer service. Ordered a 55" HDTV. Called 5 days later to inquire about my order status after not receiving an update by email. Was told that the TV was back-ordered. I complained and told them that when I placed the order, I was told it was in stock. They then gave the run-around as to how it shipped but was damaged in transit and then returned to the shipper. Sounds like complete and utter BS. After this chain of events, I cancelled my order and 7 days later have yet to receive my refund (they told me it would take 24-72 hours). I have sent them 5 unanswered emails. Everytime you call, be prepared to wait on the line for up to 1 hour just to speak to someone. I've filed a complaint with my credit card company and am literally waiting on the line right now (20 minutes) to try and speak to someone. Buysquad.com never again!!!

"Complete scammers... Item is in stock when you purchase online but then you have to call to confirm where they tell you it is out of stock but they have a newer version (better) tv available now for a little bit more money. That's what happened to me and that is similar to what you'll read here too BUT if they told you they are selling you a "Class A Re-certified TV" too... they are probably lying.. It's most likely a refurbished tv. The only reason I found out was because my tv went on the blink within days after using it. Also, they told me I'd get the same 1 year manufacturer's guarantee... well when I called Samsung I was told a totally different story. They told me my tv was a refurbished tv...that it had been returned as faulty from another consumer, repaired by them and resold as refurbished and only provided a limited warranty... 45-60 days...something like that. So if you bought your tv from these guys call your manufacturer and give them you TV's UPC code and check to see if you have a full warranty on a new tv or a limited one on a refurb. Oh and let me tell you it is no easy task finding a box to ship a 55" tv in... I was quoted $500.00 from UPS... finally I was able to have FedEx pick it up and was able to send it back in my new tv's box but it still cost me $155.00 to ship plus all the packaging material... FedEx wants it packed right so they're not liable if it arrives damaged. Apparently there are a bunch of companies with similar websites doing the same scams. The real shame is I've lost trust in pricegrabber, where I found them because they gave them a high rating.. I think CNET did too. "
