"Customer service has been excellent. Their specialist reach out every leg of the process with updates. I’ve reached out a few times and have always received a quick response. The only downside was the review period from sending in my impressions and getting a plan. Unfortunately they were backed up but I guess it’s a good sign to see so many people are requesting their slingers. "

"My experience so far has been excellent!! I got my impression kit pretty quickly and the booklet and instructions were so easy to follow that a kid could have made those impressions. I was so excited when I received my impression kit and it was a lot of fun making my impressions. Alex my customer service Rep was friendly, polite, caring and understanding. He was very upfront about the payment. No hidden cost or fees and he didn't beat around the bush about anything!! He answered all my questions with honesty!! They did everything that they said they would do!! I would give this company 10 Stars if I could!!! Bravo to you Byte and all your customer service agents!!! I can't wait to get my aligners!!!"
