"I ordered from this site because the fastest shipping so I paid a bit more than the other guys. I REALLY needed the part to get my car on the road so time was of the essence, and they did get that part to me in a very timely manner, but it was for nothing. It was an electronic part that is very delicate and they simply stuffed it in a bag, taped a label on it and sent it out to FedEx. When I received the part, it was smashed as expected and I started the claim process... I should have just ate the loss because I have been simply given the run around and already sourced the part ($10 cheaper WITH overnight shipping) and have returned the vehicle to the road but still waiting a week later for what I was told was a 2-3 day process. I have wasted money and time, don't waste yours."

Now they say they don’t have the part I need after they made me call the dealership to ask for the OEM part number and want to charge me for a restocking fee plus I have to pay to ship the wrong part back to them."
