"I purchased a part with an expected shipping date of 2 days later then after 4 days of the part not being shipped as well as no tracking information provided I decided to cancel my order. I was then told that I’d have to wait 3-5 business days to cancel my order and another 7 days to receive a refund however if the manufacturer sent the part to be shipped within the 3-5 business days I would no longer be able to receive a refund. Obviously this policy is something in place to save the big guys and hurt me the consumer who still in the end never received even a tracking number for the part, yet I had to wait 2 weeks just to get a refund."
