"I had to make a return; the item showed the purchase date for the return, but the policy said that a return date starts from the ship date. When I informed her what I read on the return policy she checked the info quickly and we were able to move forward with the return with ease. She was very nice and helpful. "Never buying from this website! Stay away!!! I’ve ordered a $1000 head light set and 3 weeks went by still hasn’t shipped. Customer service is horrible when inquiring about this issue and kept telling me to wait 24-48hrs for it to ship. Well 3X they told me this and 3x it never shipped. Then when I chat with them Monday they tell me it’s lost wait another 3 days for them to locate the lost package (that was never shipped). Well those days past and I contacted them today and they asked me to wait again another 3-4days. I’m like again?
