"We purchased a complete system to install in our church. Pre-sales technical questions were promptly answered. After installation we had a minor technical issue. I contacted the company and quickly received a solution. A short time after installing we experienced a lightning strike on the building that resulted in damage to several electronic devices including our NVR. I obtained an RMA from the company and shipped the NVR back. Immediately upon receiving it they were able to verify a circuit board had been damaged. Once I approved the repairs they corrected the problem and shipped the unit back all in the same day. Of all the damaged electronics we had to deal with this was one of the easiest resolutions.
Overall the customer service has been great. I just wish every company I worked with was this good."

"I ordered and additional camera for my system and a powersupply for all the cameras as putting multiple power taps in a power strip is a little ridiculous. Do to the design of my system there was a snag there but it had nothing to do with the equipment. I checked the camera and cable prior to installation as suggested as running the cabling is the most difficult part of the installation. The camera is preforming well, adding it to the existing system was just a matter of plugging it in."

accessories. I am using this CCTV system to monitor a piece of manufacturing equipment
and I have had so many good comments about the quality video. I use BNC cables for
