"Upon placing my first order, I immediately found a 2nd item I wanted to order and placed that order also. I made a note in the order to ship both orders as one. Apparently they did not get the note, because they were shipped as 2 orders with 2 shipping charges. This would have been fine however UPS mis-directed the 2nd package and it came to Ohio, then went back to NC, and back to Ohio again taking 3-4 extra days to be delivered.
Other than that, it was an excellent experience, product is great, and pricing was very good. I will buy from them again. "

"Pretty poor support. Ordered on 3/30/12 - items out of stock even though it did not state such on the website. Had to pester customer service and never got a firm ship date or a restocking date. Supposedly it shippped on 4/12/12 although now I have two different order numbers which do not include my original order number. Who knows what I will get and when it will arive. Supposed to arrive on 4/17/12. That is a LONG time to order and then receive. Very disappointed. Wont shop there again."
