"One of two items ordered was shipped immediately and arrived promptly. The second was still not shipped after six days with no indication it was out of stock until I made an inquiry. When I canceled the second order a refund was made promptly."

"Do not order from this company. I had to contact them after not receiving my order two weeks from order date. They told me the items were on backorder. The items were a promotion that they were offering. I contacted them after a month went by and they told me that my credit card was declined the date of my purchase. However my order status still showed, order placed - pending shipment. I contacted my bank and they advised me that my card was never declined, that they never received a payment request. This company lied to me and then offered to send my order, however the pants were still on backorder and would take another two weeks to get in. I canceled the order and took my business and my departments business elsewhere."

"I am totaly satisfied with the quality of the merchandise that I purchased. The Uncle Mikes belts are well made and I like the Safari belt keeper/key keepers. Time will tell on the quality of the Streamlight battery made under the Chief name but I expect it will be of high quality. My only problem with my order was that there was not an actual inches size chart for the belts. By not having this on the page that I ordered from I purchased the wrong size since I did not call customer service first. Thus it cost me additional shipping to get the correct size sent and I also had to pay return Shipping which was $6.30. But customer service did get the proper belts ordered the day I called and I received them within three days and extended me $5.00 shipping for the reorder."
