"I placed an order for a replacement rechargeable battery for a hand light. I was told when order accepted that it want in stock and would be shipped in one business day. A week went by and no order received. The online information showed it was pending shipping. I called and was advised my credit card was not accepted. I checked with my bank as to the problem and there was plenty of money in the account. I called back and this time was told my credit card was fine but the product was out of stock. I cancelled the order and have since gotten the product elsewhere. I will never order another item from this vendor. What a cluster!!! "
