Worst customer service ever for buying over $1,000 worth of equipment

"We bought 2 mini-cpap machines. My husband and I have the same ENT, so I explained to the customer service person who filled out the initial request that it was important that she make a personal call to the doctor's nurse (didn't happen) and explain what needed to be done. Also, my name was misspelled, so the order was wrong. Eventually, after my making several phone calls following through with the doctor's nurse and coordinating with CPAP.com, MY machine came, but no sign of my husband's. After a few days I called and was told by another agent, Curt, that there was no prescription on file for him. I explained that that wasn't true, because the nurse had called me to confirm that the prescriptions had been faxed. He argued with me, but then, looking through the faxes that came on the same day that mine did, he found my husband's prescription in the same fax as mine. He blamed the doctor for the error, stating that there should have been 2 separate faxes. I asked if they read the faxes that they received and stated that in my opinion the doctor's office had complied with sending the prescriptions. Then he started arguing with me, telling me that it was all the doctor's fault, etc., until I said, "STOP. JUST FIX THIS." He grumbled, was rude, processed the request and called me back to tell me it was processed. Never apologized for the delay, etc., or made any attempt to provide any extra amenities to compensate for the time crunch or hassle (we were leaving for a long trip and needed both machines working asap), even though we were buying a substantial amount of expensive equipment. No customer service skills whatever. Then, when we actually tried out the machines, we discovered that they had not been ramped up and were set at the highest level (unusable) . Our regular CPAP supplier was gracious enough to adjust the machines quickly, since we were about to take a long trip (the reason we bought the machines in the first place). I would rate this company a 0 in Customer Service if I could. "

Disappointing return policy

"I ordered what I thought was the correct part for my Activa mask, however, it is not the correct part. I suppose that's my fault but based on the description and the picture, it looked right. I didn't ever hook it up but I can't return it. I won't have this problem again with this company."

Excellent Company

"I ordered a chin strap because my equipment provider did not have anything that worked for me. What I ordered was of high quality and works very well for me. It came quickly and seemed like a good price to me. I currently plan to get a second one so I can change out when one needs to be washed."
