"Ordered ResMed CPAP November 24, 2017. Received it on December 5, 2017. About February 1, 2018 device display stopped giving information and unable to adjust settings due to no information. Seriously? 2 months and it's already broke.. The light continued to work, but no messages or text. I called to return and found that they would not even start to send out a replacement until I had already shipped mine. At least that was the first time I called. She also said to send in only the machine, no power cord, SD card or water reservoir. She also initially refused to accept the charges for shipping he defective equipment back to them. Once I was able to find my own replacement, I called again to confirm but was told this time I would have to do without my machine until they diagnosed it, then contacted the manufacturer, then both would decide if and when I would get a refurb, repair mine or replace with new(doubtful). I was also told this time to send the machine, the cord and the reservoir. The email I received said the machine, cord and only the reservoir if defective. Not sure when I will get my warranted machine back or which machine I will get. Appears that I paid for a new machine, failed after 2 months and now maybe bait and switch with a refurb. My experience with other retailers is that refurbs are discounted, yet I paid full price for a new machine...... "
