Super Service and Support with Help

"Recently ordered some CPAP equipment where I previously worked to get a doctor prescription however after calling CPAP customer Service to update my order the rep helped with with alternate methods for ordering equipment that saved me money and did not require the Dr prescription which would have further delayed my order. "Once the hoops were jumped through in regard to supplying a script for a CPAP mask,(just the Mask), things went fine. Confused as to why I needed a script for a replacement mask that I was paying for out of my pocket, not insurance. And no one could explain that to me."

Best rating of all is "no complaints".

"Medicare doesn't always provide all the parts I need. In my situation, I found that I didn't have enough nasal pillows to go with all the lower mouth parts of my Ultra Mirage masks. CPAP.com to the rescue. The price was less than expected, and they were delivered quickly."
