"The information I got from CPAP was that the products would be delivered by UPS. When I phoned UPS, one month ago, about the status of delivered, they informed me that they delivered that to Brazil Post Service. Very interesting...paying US$ 100.00 for UPS to deliver the product and discover that they do not do that..."

However, I have found many competitors that have the exact brand-name products with free shipping even on eBay. If you offered free shipping on your products I think you would do much more business. Of course your Web name is excellent. You must of gotten that quite sometime ago. But I did get what I needed very quickly and was satisfied with the shipping cost me almost as much as the hose that I ordered. Not sure that I would order again just because of that"

"Your customer service was fine. The serviceperson had me give her the Serial # and/or model from bottom of my CPAP machine. I needed knob so I ordered two. Received in a timely manner. Knobs looked the same but do not fit tightly. They fall off. What's the point of giving all the correct info but part is not compatible. Not worth it to send them back."
