Email to “Thank You” for Purchase - FOUR weeks after Purchase??

"So I receive an email today (Feb 12, 2018) thanking me for my “recent” purchase. I immediately think it is credit card fraud (which I have experienced far too many times). Really CPAP.COM? Sn email thanking me for my “recent” purchase 4 weeks after the fact and asking me to complete a survey. Here is my survey. I shall unsubscribe to CPAP emails to solve the problem. I have shopped with this company for 10+ years to the tube of likely $2500 plus. 3-4 cpap units, hydration, hoses, masks.....

I call to complain today and the Rep, although courteous, just simply did not undestand the problem and had no desire to resolve the problem. So...the only solution I know is to unsubscribe and attempt to shop elsewhere.

Shipping was inexplicably delayed

"Simple order = small box. Maybe that was the problem. I was told my order had shipped and would be delivered on a Friday. Then I was told my order was stuck in transit halfway here. Delivery arrived 4 days later than originally promised. "
