CPAP Mask

"I am satisfied with the cpap mask but I do not see the need for a doctor prescription for a mask I am paying for. I have been on cpap for over 20 years and do not have to be reassessed everey 3 or 4 years. That is a insurance requirement and they are not paying for my mask. I will not get
reassessed to pay for my own mask!!

chin strap problem

"I ordered 2 chin straps, the Ruby Adjustable and the Premium chin strap (HCPCS A7036). The ruby was fine but the premium was useless. There are no instructions as to how to attach the back of the head strap and no matter what I try, it will not attach properly. One side of the wide head strap has a slit to let you attach one side of wide strap, but the other side has no slit and you can't attach the other end of the back strap. even if I make my own slit, the Velcro is backwards and would not attach correctly. Unless I got a defective item, this strap is totally useless. "
