"I didn’t get the help I was looking for. Using the air-mini for the first time on vacation, I kept getting a reading of 10/20 or 8/20 On how well my mask was Fitting at night. Apparently there was a lot of air leakage. I didn’t feel like there was air leakage, and I check the hoses the connections a fit, and everything I could think of. When I called CPAP.com for advice, they told me to check the hoses and connections, the fit which I did. No help at all! Furthermore, I believe I was just talking to a sales person who answered the phone, rather than a respiratory specialist"
