"This was my first use of CPAP.com, ordering a new heated house and nasal pillow mask. The parts are identical to what came with my unit, but the prices were about 30% less than when supplied from the sleep clinic. Plus, I work out state Mon-Thurs and it is often tough to get to the clinic on my Fridays at home - ordering online was much simpler and more convenient.

"After the doctor recommended a new CPAP, it was just a matter of where to go. CPAP.com was recommended by one of the staff in the office as well for good pricing. What I received was excellent service provided by someone who knew the product details on each unit. My recommended unit has been excellent. I love the features, operation, and very low sound of my unit. With the pricing, I was able to get mask pillow replacements and other accessories I would have not been able to get elsewhere. My HSA was accepted as payment w/my prescription. I was reimbursed by my insurance with the help of the forms included with my CPAP machine.

"I lost part of my new mask that I had just bought at my local dealer (2 hours away). They refused to ship anything to me and it was going to be awhile before I could get back there. We are very rural and nothing nearby. The dealer finally told me that if I didn't use insurance I could contact you. The deductible on my insurance is so high that I always pay cash anyway. I was amazed at how quickly the mask was shipped and how much less expensive it was going through you. Getting the prescription faxed to you from my doctor took the most time. I think because of the convenience, my local dealer just lost a customer. Great Service!!!!!! Thank you."
