"I had to send the RX many times before it was accepted. The program could not understand that the RX had 2 pages and the MD signed the back. I got 10+ emails telling me my RX was rejected and then also accepted, very confusing. Even when I discussed with someone on the phone it was not taken care of. Finally someone apparently looked at both attachments. "
