"Paid extra for expedited shipping because flying out of state and wanted something lighter and smaller. Arrived timely. Attached to my nasal pillow easily. Somewhat noisy air flow at nasal pillow. Nothing you can do about it. Luckily I take a sleeping pill so after 2 nights I was able to fall asleep more easily. CPAP + power supply weigh about a pound. Worth the cost to be able to fit into my suitcase and not have a separate bag for my bedside CPAP. "

"Need battery options after.switching to RESMED from older machine. No one (MD’s office, local supplier resp’y specialist, or their supply “800” order line). Was able to tell me why the $300 battery I previously purchased would not work with new RERMED machine. One call to C-PAP.Com a d they told. Me I needed a converter from 12 to 24 volt machine ($69). This was immediate, no hesitation.
The converter worked flawlessly aa directed by their specialist. Why can;t all customer care be so efficient? Won’t use any other supplier. Hope they are MEDICARE approved supplier for the next time I need a replacemment. "

Actually, after purchased the product thru CPAP, I did have some question for how to use it, but looks CPAP can not give me a right feedback. And requested me to contact manufacture directly. But the manufacture is always asking us to contact their local reseller for service. So we do hope CPAP can play the role as such kind of service role.
