wrong size nasal pillow

"I ordered a small nasal pillow for my CPAP machine and I got an extra small. I called to tell them about the problem and they sent me a replacement size medium. I have two pillows and neither one works for me."

the chinstrap I bought is acceptable.

"I'd been using the full face mask for over a year. Then I started getting a dry mouth because my mouth was coming open during the night. Thus I was breathing in a lot of air that wasn't humidified. I live in a very dry climate which, I'm sure, doesn't help either. I bought the chinstrap to deal with this problem. It has helped but I still find that if I place the chinstrap underneath the mask then the mask won't make make as of a of a seal. For mouth breathers I would recommend that you get a nasal mask and a chinstrap and not bother with the full face mask at all. I guess if I get really tired of this I can shell out the money for a nasal mask myself."
