"I placed an order to be delivered to a certain point (hotel) in NY, a friend was supposed to receive the goods and bring them with him to Greece. Due to severe weather conditions, delivery has been delayed for 3 days. In the meantime my friend checked out of the hotel and left US. Never received anything. Lost almost 100 dollars."

"After putting up with American Home Service's lack of responsiveness, lack of customer service, and disorganization for too long, we learned about cpap.com from our sleep medicine doctor's technician.
Drove to cpap.com's office not too far from the Houston Medical Center in an industrial park south of here. Parked in front of the door. No paid parking lot. Met ("Crystal?") there. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly to my elderly parents.
We will do all further business with cpap.com. Somehow, American Home Service learned we bought a new full mask from cpap.com to replace there nonperforming nose one. American Home Service called us and said, "You can't do business with anyone but us!" Yeah. Right, Skeeter. We couldn't get American Home Service to make a house call as promised to my parents' assisted living residence. They did not return phone calls. Their Houston sales rep and technicians' office and their main offices in Missouri, Tennessee, and Arizona were totally out of touch with each other and did not maintain records and messages. Fugeddaboutit! "
