"We are on Medicare and an 'approved provider.' They couldn't provide us with a decent chin strap, the only one they carried was a M.deSade horror, that was hot and uncomfortable. Their attitude was 'take it or leave it' it's the only one we carry.
We tried CPAP.com, they had a wide select of models and prices, including the very one we use. We ordered them, they arrived much faster than we expected, and will always get them from CPAP.com. Perfect! And LOW priced too!
Our only regret is that we can't have CPAP.com as our 'approved provider;' they are service oriented, have wonderful people, answer the phone, are helpful, and totally unlike our approved provider. "
