"Received a coupon in the mail and went to use it. When ordering it asked if I wanted to try wipes for 1 penny so I did. Then I couldn't use my coupon. I canceled the order and wanted to reorder so I could use my coupon but was unable to do that. I contacted customer service. They replied by email and said they couldn't find the original order and that there was no coupon code. By that time I had thrown out the coupon code so I was unable to use the coupon which was very irritating. Other than that I use CPAP exclusively. I had one other time when I had to use customer service and it was unsatisfactory, but usually by phone they are excellent. I will continue to use them."
