"I ordered a CPAP full face mask with headband, I sent my prescription to the company and without haste they sent the product to Canada, I was given a delivery date and lo and behold it arrived on time. Thank you for the excellent service and I look forward to purchasing from you in the future

"First the pay over time doesn't. The I asked them to get a prescription from my doctor. At the 24hour mark they started spaming my email they hadn't received it. My doctor takea up to 48 hours to respond to prescription requests. The the next day they say the received my dr sent and invalid prescription. I call my drs office and they say they their own form back to them. But they will call them and get it straightened out. 3 days later at 9pm on a Friday night I get and email saying they still didnt have a valid prescription. I call cpap.com they tell me my dr sent another fax without the prescription. Not that I can check with my dr at 9pm on friday night. I have never had a problem with my dr send a prescription before. I cancelled my order. I recommend no one order from these people they are incompetent."

"Glad I ordered the 8ft. hose, My mask is A pillips nuance and it has A 2ft hose on it plus the normal 6ft hose. This makes the hose 8ft. I use A heated hose and the suggey. I don't know if's one or the other or both, but I use very little water . I would buy this item again. Cpap.com is A very good company to deal with, very good experience. I will order from cpap.com againe.

However, when using the product (tube heater) I discovered that it left me with a severely dried throat when waking in the morning and periodically during the night (when I had to repeatedly drink sips of water to moisten my throat). "I purchased an Apex CPAP with a prescription of 10cmH2O firm. CPAP.com programmed it with a ramp up of 4cmH2O, which is highly undesirable for me as I have to turn it on long before I plan to fall asleep. I am being forced to go elsewhere to find a manual that will let me program it myself as I don't want to send it back to them.
This is my second Apex unit since the first one was defective. I called CPAP.com to discuss the issues I had with the unit and I was instructed to send it back to CPAP.com so they could evaluate the unit to determine if it was really defective. The agreed with me that the unit made a slight whistling sound while inhaling, which prevented me from falling asleep.
I was happy they agreed with me and shipped me a replacement unit. My issue is it took them nearly a month to do so."
