"The staff is great and courteous! Overall smooth transaction and extremely fast shipping! One thing, the prescription processing is manual (even when you upload it when placing the order), but the email reminder when the system didn't see prescription attached to the order is automatic. So there were two email reminders to submit prescription and also a phone call.
But everything was clarified as soon as I talked to the super courteous staff :)"

" I spoke to a very helpful rep on the phone to confirm what I wanted. The unit came in a few days and worked well. Since I was purchasing a machine for travel, I wanted to make sure it worked well and was a size that was convenient to bring along. CPAP.COM was the only site that offered a 30 day refund. The machine worked well and I didn't have to take advantage of the refund."
