"I know that I am in a very special situation but I have a European prescription and I wanted the device delivered in USA/Tx. I accept if there are legal issues, that comes from the nature of the business and medical device delivery.
What is not acceptable that a construct suggested by customer service as a legally working solution (deliver in the USA Florida where I could pick it up) one day is refused after the order was submitted the next day.
After several mail and chat discussion finally the device was delivered (above 1000$ total).
Update: After the above review cpap sent me a mail describing what caused the issue on their side and they also gave me a significant refund for the delay. I probably will spend that money with them, perhaps next time choosing a more standard delivery."
