Odd, I thought, that they would send me a product that requires a prescription -- without a prescription! Nevertheless, I dutifully spoke with my doctor's office (a process that I would compare to the problem-solving complexities in the film APOLLO 13). After a series of back-and-forth attempts to reach one another, I learned that my physician's office had telephoned CPAP.com with the prescription. The nightmare was over."
"On web site the description to order the new fabric part that goes on theback of your head, and put on over your face WAS based on the size of the hat you wear and shirt collar. I DO NOT WEAR A HAT AND NECK SIZEWAS OK. MY HEADPIECE WAS TO SMALL AND I ORDERED REGULAR. I OPENED THE BOX THAT WAS NOT SEALED, JUST SIMPLY OPENED IT AND SAW IT WAS TO SMALL. WHEN I MADE A SUGGESTION, VER NICELY THAT MAYBE HATSIZE WAS NOT ENOUGH - and asked if I could return it to buy the x large- was told no opened the box. I can see if the box was sealed, but it wAS NOT- I DID NOT EVEN HAVE TO TELL HER I OPENED IT. SHE COULD HAVE THANKED ME FOR THE SUGGESTIONS- AND BEEN A BIT MORE POLITE ON THE PHONE.
