I got quick and helpful responses from CPAP.com's Customer Service. They kept me appraised of the status of my order and of issues caused when my doctor's office staff screwed up (failed to check their fax machine).
I received my complete order within a couple of days. The product is the same OEM product and quality that I was getting from my physician. But CPAP.com was 1/3rd the cost! I changed physicians when I found out that he was ripping me off.
