"Within about 10 days of purchasing the CPAP machine, a $100. rebate was announced. When I asked if I could benefit from this rebate, I was told no. When I said I would return the item and re-order with the rebate, I was told that if I returned it, I would only be reimbursed 85% of the original purchase price. I don't think such poor customer service warrants continuing doing business with your company.
Since my original post, CPAP.Com has contacted me and agreed to tp reimburse the rebate amount. I appreciate the gesture and feel much more positive about the company!"
