"I am using a RESMED S9 machine at home and wanted to have a smaller travelling machine as I am travelling on business frequently. I called and got some information, sent the prescription from Switzerland to CPAP.com and was in San Antonio the following week. CPAP sent me the machine to San Antonio while I was there. On my return I found out that the pressure settings were incorrect, my fault as I did not know better but just found out with my normal machine. I called and they guided me through the software to reset the pressure to the right conditions.
