Awful experience

"Your web site was difficult to navigate. It kept trying to get me to buy products I didn't want. And it did so in an insulting manner. "No, I don't want to learn how to sleep well."

Also, this was the only time in my life that I had to get a doctor's prescription just to buy a mask.

Finally, you keep sending me obnoxious emails like this one. This is the 4th time I've tried to unsubscribe.

"I found the replacement part with no issues. They shipped the order fast but USPS lost it. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful. They got the replacement part within 2 days. CPAP.com came though when no one else did."

Resmed Air Mini

"This was my first experience purchasing from CPAP.com so I was unsure what to expect. Thus far they have exceeded my expectations both promptness in which I received my machine and performance of it. It's quiet and compact making it great for trips and not having to lug a regular size CPAP though the airport and on the plane.

My wife has now purchased one as well. They fit easily in our carry on bags.

We are both very happy with our purchases.
