"I purchased an Airsense card to cloud. Works well. The only thing that kind of annoyed me was that the Airsense 11 went on sale right afterword for about $150 more. It's been on sale a couple of times since then also. If I had any idea that even possible I would have waited. However that's not CPAP.COM's error, it's mine for not waiting a while.
I will continue purchasing items my DME doesn't carry but I will wait until various holidays due to frequent sales."

"I ordered the proper filters for my Cpap and you sent the wrong ones. When I called and talked to a rep, she told me she could not fix the problem because you guys would just send the wrong ones again. Really?? Yes. Lame.
She refunded my money but then told me to shop directly from Phillips. When I tried to do this, Phillips said they don't sell to individuals and could not give me an outlet in which to find them. This was all VERY disappointing and I STILL haven't found the right filters. So I'm breathing through very dirty filters every night. You guys were not helpful at all on this one. "

"CPAP ramp up would not change. Downloaded user manual did everything they asked me to do and at the end of the day they said sorry cant return it because you used it. Send it back and maybe we will test it and see what can be done. 12-16 weeks waiting to test it and then maybe something can be done but probably not. They are great for supplies but I will never buy a CPAP from them again."
