I especially appreciate the 30-day mask guarantees! I recently purchased this wonderful AirMini but was having issues w/ a proper seal w/ the new masks compatible w/ my AirMini. After trying the ResMed P10 & the ResMed N30 with only limited success w/ attaining great air seal scores (highest score w/ these 2 masks was 85% for both, w/ only 1 night scoring 100% w/ the N30), I called the customer service team yet again. When I mentioned I highly preferred a top-of-the-head connecting tube, the team member recommended I try a 3rd mask, the ResMed AirFit N30i. Wow. Huge difference; now scoring 100% perfect air seal every night. Customer service is so well-trained at reviewing all the items I wanted to order to ensure all components would be fully compatible & made a correction on the diameter of the hose for which I originally asked, which was not the correct size. Best of all, because of CPAP.com's 30-day mask guarantees, I end up paying ONLY for the most recent one I ordered, the ResMed AirFit N30i, which is the one fitting best. Side note for the ResMed engineering team: Please design a HumidX humidification adapter for the AirFit N30i! That would be fantastic! I live in North Baltimore, so I require CPAP humidification only 1 month of the year during mid-winter when the air in the house is dry. During that time, I plan to switch back to my former CPAP machine which has a heated distilled water tank & which is compatible w/ my new ResMed AirFit N30i. "I’ve been using Resmed for the past 15 yrs. Going through Medicare in order for them to pay ther equipment. Been traveling much more these day, Europe, S. Africa several islands in the S. Pacific. Hailing my home CPAP, decided to buy the mini travel from CPAP.com. Had to pay out of pocket for the bundle since I received a replacement from my older system. Although the mini is expensive it’s a life saver for me, no worrie about distilled water…etc. this company is very well versed in breathing issues! Highly recommend them above the others."

"I was happy with the memory foam mask and headgear I received but the replacement mask not at all. There is no way to replace it with my old one and it said no returns from opened products. You didn’t know unless you opened it that it wouldn’t work so I’m out the cost of the mask and shipping. You could not no this by looking at the container it came in. "
