"A very reliable company with many products to offer at good prices. I have made multiple purchases with them and continue to return. My purchases are web orders of parts. They always arrive within a week to ten days. I will continue to shop here.

"I've purchased several warranties from this company. For my first time I had to had to submit a claim on a warranty for an ADH issue. The issue was promptly solved and I received a quick payout to paypal as soon as all requested items had been submitted. Claim process was wonderful and I could not ask for more."

"Received both parts, service and warranty repairs directly from them. After calling and asking some questions the product manager for the RC division was placed on the line to discuss my options with me. Wonderful customer support and very knowledgeable and approachable people are only a phone call away.
Products can sometimes be found for an inexpensive price on horizonhobby.com. Great product line, have one kite called "The Eagle" that is on preorder. See their blog at premierrc.com/blog/ for inside videos and future release information."

"Purchased a computer from their outlet center, look for the "Shop the Outlet Center" link on their main store site. Refurbished computer was well described and in perfect condition with documentation and all expected accessories. Shipped double boxed with appropriate packing. Saved a few hundred. Will shop from their outlet center again."

Have 3 preorders pending with the company now and they don't charge until the order is shipped (one of my pet peeves when a company does this). Place your first order and enjoy! "Quickly shipped my desired Ecco shoes and had size I needed when no other site (even Ecco) had that size in stock. When they say "In Stock" they mean it. Very impressed with prompt free shipping seemed to offer free return shipping if item did not suit my needs, however never explored this option. Would buy from again and again."

"Ordered Samsung TV 04/19. On 4/27 I used form on website to get status on order and never received a response. 04/29 after 20 minute wait on phone was told it shipped via A&M Trucking and would be there by 5/5. Called back on 5/7 after 30 minute wait was given same story. When I mentioned that the amtrucking.com site states that they do not deliver to my zip code and that their firm has no history of my order they quickly agreed to cancel my order. I went ahead and filed dispute with credit card company due to history on this site. Wish I had not wasted my time and tied up my money."

"Promptly shipped my order for a commercial freezer. Site showed free shipping and I was impressed that this was also honored for a residential customer requiring a lift truck. Saved over $150 by purchasing from Instawares instead of other retailers.
Suspected possible problems reading past reviews, but no issues came up at all. Emailed Instawares after shipment to confirm accessory options and received prompt response. Read past reviews and decided to give them a chance since I could dispute charges if a problem came up.
I would buy from them again."
