So easy

"I was uncertain about ordering a product from an online company rather than through my doctor’s recommendation.

Jerry Duff Z1 Order Evaluation

"An assistant handled the Z1 order process to replace a Z1 that was out of warranty. Unfortunately, the issue for the older Z1 was a touchy on/off switch. Generally, he reported good ease of use. The one frustration, which lowers the overall rating from 5 to 4, was the in ability for the purchase to include new headgear with medium pillows.

"Order was shipped quickly. I used the face mask sizer and I was on the line between medium and large. I opted for medium and the mask is a little small. I'll order a large for the replacement. Unfortunately I can't return it after I tried it on."

Trouble shooting poor

"I called as I was having trouble getting it to work and she just wanted to replace it not figure out if I was doing something wrong I had to get her to go thru the step and then I go it to work but it is poor quality will only run my machine for 3 hour and she in Alaska without power that made for horrible aleep"

"I discovered that you had a few Puritan Bennet Breeze Headgear for sale. I was elated since this was my favorite headgear. In fact, it is the only mask I have been able to adjust to, ever. I hope that somehow you are able to continue supplying these masks. I only wish you could bill my insurance company. I wish you could let me know how many of these Puritan Bennet Breeze Headgear you have left??
