"I ordered dreamware headgear w/ nasal pillows. I couldn’t use them. I started w/ medium then switched to small. They hurt my nose so much so that I ordered the nasal cushion in Med on Amazon. Wish cpap.com would have sent this survey to ask how things were BEFORE my 30-day warranty was up; maybe they could have helped me. I know I should have contacted then on my own, but for 5 stars, cpap.com could initiate follow-up before the warranty expires as a service to those likely to give them repeat business for the reatbof their lives. "Ordered power supply. but was able to get old one repaired before receiving new one. Opened the box to look at paper work for return information. Called about returning and was told power supply could not be returned because package had been opened. I never even opened the box it was in. I only wanted the paperwork. I tried to explain to person on phone, but was told power supply could not be returned because it had been opened. Not happy with customer service I received."
