"Good value for the product ordered: motherboard, CPU and power supply. However, customer service is severly lacking. I received no confirmation email, no tracking number, no return call, no response to my email query. I had to research and do a reverse internet search of the address and found the company listed under another name.

Curious that a company trying to serve the people that keeps them in business doesn't list a phone number. The listing I found did have a number, not toll free. I called at my expense and got the tracking number.

Based on this lack of quality in customer service, I will not do business with them again."

"This company is horrible! I ordered a replacement power supply and after 3 days it stop working. It took several days to contact them because they did not have a number you can call. I then sent it back and had to pay an extra 10 dollars for shipping then they told me that the product wasn't broken. They claim to have tested the product and decided it wasn't broken when i know for a fact it is. I watched the product blow out myself. I was frustrated that they would lie and so I got a refund. The thing is i lost 20 dollars from the shipping back and forth and they did not refund that. Never will i buy from this company again."

"Ridiculous! I ordered a 'direct replacement' E-Machine power supply; It weighs 1/2 of the original, which indicates cheap construction. I installed it, and of course it does'nt work. I followed CPUtopia's instructions, e-mailing them to receive an RMA, in order to return the item. They promise a response in two days - its been two weeks now. They got my money and evidently that's all they want. No telephone Number to contact them - SCAM!!"

"Absolutely pathetic service i ordered replacement power supply for my computer with UPS Next Air Day delivery for UK and today is 02nd of Feburary 09 and still i did'nt receive my order and i have paid extra $39.46 for the delivery service which is now completely waste.
I do not recommend this company for business at all.

"No phone number to be able to call them. UPS delivered the package somewhere else. I need a trace to be initiated by the shipper. Several emails have been sent, including through the RMA screen and NO responses for multiple days. Just pray your order is right and that everything goes OK. If it does, you will be happy with them. Otherwise you are on your own!"
