" I ordered two fan controllers that turned out to be defective. After submitting an RMA for exchange, I had to send the parts back at my cost. A week later I get a partial refund from them for the parts. I never asked for a refund and I didn't want a refund. When filling out the RMA request form I was instructed that I had to make sure to select "Refund or Exchange" and I wouldn't be able to change that request without submitting another RMA.. So I selected Exchange and I didn't get an exchange. I wasn't even contacted about the refund and wasn't given a reason as to why I was given a refund rather than an exchange. They will not return my emails. The bottom line is that I've spent more on shipping that what the original order cost and I have NOTHING to show for it.
Low prices mean nothing when they get you in the end.

This is the worst online retailer you will encounter, hands down. I ordered an item at 5 p.m. Las Vegas Time. 15 minutes later I realized that I did not need the item. I immediately emails sales about cancelling my order(I wish I could call to talk to CSR over the phone but no phone number could be easily found - Thats the first red flag). 10 mins after my request to cancel the order I get email stating that the item has been shipped; keep in mind it was 5 p.m. on Friday.
I was getting worried about my money... Finally I found a phone number and called them; the person on the other end Jim, sounded polite but was "unable" to cancel my order as it was miraculously shipped within 15 minutes of my order(laughable!).
I told the guy that I will be refusing shipment and he agreed. Well, I refused shipment a week ago and was never refunded to date...
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS RETAILER OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!"
